** Communication Sales Representative **

Location: Riake Resort & Villa, Sainte Marie Island, Madagascar

Missions at Riake Resort & Villa:
Maintain and develop commercial relations TO, Agencies, Guides…, Receives all reservation requests from direct and indirect customers, Ensures sales by telephone, internet, Optimizes room occupancy according to the period and capacity of the hotel, Guarantees the customer the reliability and quality of his reservation (confirmation, computer data entry), Proposes a response tailored to the needs of the customer taking into account the possibilities offered by the various services of the hotel.
To be in customer relationship (Reception, Accompaniment…), To manage the arrival and the departures of the customer by leaning on a good control of the data-processing tools, To welcome the customers, to make them visit the dwelling by taking care to explain them its functionalities and to be their privileged interlocutor during their stays, To guarantee the perfect holding of the whole of the Riake Resort & Villa, Provide a personalized service to customers during their stay and deal with their special requests or complaints, Participate in the organization and management of accommodation and services (management of arrival/departure formalities, keeping the logbook, linen replacement…), Develop internal sales and ensure the invoicing of the stay or meals from local sales.

Allowances: Food, lodging, laundry at Riake Resort & Villa.

Remuneration: according to profile and experience.

Wanted profile:
Baccalauréat (Pro / General)
Experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar is a real plus.
Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word…)
Fluency in English and French required, other foreign languages desired
Control of social networks
The employee is willing to live on a hotel’s schedule in an isolated environment.
